I get that and my comment was not meant to sound mean ... according


to some, he must have gotten a good signing bonus. I just thought with him being fresh out of high school and being as good as I hear ... maybe he could have improved his stock by spending a little time in a Top 25 national program. In this case, his time at ECU would have paid dividends and would have been a good investment as well as closer to having a bachelor's degree. Going to school is tougher for the kids with no cumulative credit hours which will be the case for him if his baseball career does not pan out. The undergraduate degrees seem to take the most sacrifice to achieve because of the number of hours needed to complete the degree.
