Do you think calling him the "lunatic fringe" will convince anyone?

You read this board pretty regularly I believe. You have seen the discussions about Staton and his comments/actions regarding athletics over the last couple of years. Whether or not you think he is doing a good overall job as chancellor, he has stepped in it in terms of athletics quite a number of times. If PJ's opinion on Staton's effectiveness regarding athletics represents the "lunatic fringe", what does your opinion represent? Is there a name for a fraction that is significantly smaller than "fringe"? And why would you assume that anyone who takes the time to follow the Pirates and comment on this board is in any way "happy" with the way we are playing. Does being critical of the administration and/or the coaching staff indicate that someone is "happy" with our play over the last 2 and 1/2 years? I just don't get what you are trying to accomplish; no one with half a brain thinks that the fans believing Coach Mo needs to be replaced represents any sort of fringe group. I personally don't believe they constitute a majority yet, but certainly a significant percentage. The trouble is that every time we think we are moving forward we take a huge step back. The A&T game was a huge step back and the Temple game was another huge step back.
