Concur totally. There is a rhyme and reason the NCAA developed this new ARS

a few years ago. It give athletes another avenue. NCAA knows they cannot police all the HS's on curriculum. And it prevents a Julius Peppers scenario. Where he was failing and suddenly takes 12 hours of AFAM in summer school to remain eligible with all As. IOW, it prevents students taking multiple core classes thier Senior year thus passing, getting into college and sending a red flag to the NCAA for and investigation. This new ARS is an olive branch to those that dont make 3 of the 3.

Looks like Fresh either did not have the grades, the SAT/ACT or the required amount of CORE classes by his Senior year. Looks like he had 2 of the 3.
