Highly effective the first few times that it’s seen. After that, it’s on tape and any DC worth his salt, with any solid talent whatsoever, can slow it tremendously. From there, he’s screwed and seemingly lacks the ability to adjust things around the edges.

If he’ll humble himself and go back under a skilled offensive mind for another stint(now that he’s seen what life is like in the real world), there’s potential there for him to end up being pretty good. If he doesn’t, he’ll get a few more nice paychecks from NCAA teams and then end up either a position coach in the nfl again(which isn’t exactly a bad job.... but is one that I’m sure isn’t his goal) or coaching HS football(if he insists on being in-charge).
