No. Ideally what I would like to see is cooperation between the two

Organizations. Why would it make any sense for Greenville to duplicate what already exists?

And I understand that Greenville LL knows how to put on tournaments. So does PCGSL. Its been doing Babe Ruth State and Regional Tournaments for years. And I am aware of all the money that has been donated to Greenville LL over the years, including from the Stallings family.

The reason Greenville has the LL facility is does is because of Little League Baseball. It doesn't have any experience with LL softball. And my god the field is a baseball field, not a softball field. Softball fields don't have grass infields. I'm frankly surprised that the LL organization would award the Girls Softball World Series to a place that doesn't participate in LL Softball and doesn't have a regulation softball field. The prior host had both.
