Redistricting and growth patterns . . .

and overall demographics. South Central (unfortunate name, but that's what happens when students decided) opened about 15 years ago. Then the recession hit. Little building and what did occur was, essentially, in Winterville. That same pattern has essentially continued but the number of kids in the public schools has likely declined. With the new Catholic HS and the current assignment pattern Rose will get even smaller going forward.
