They are the worst company I've ever had to deal withwith


I had 4 cable boxes before I got one that had broadcast sound for the digital channels that I was upgrading to. I had to get a working box in Greenville after the UNC game in 2018 and original installation date was 07/20. Their customer service representative was only willing to credit my account for 9 days. I took the box back to the local office on the next day. No use for them at all.
