Technology has changed enormously in the last 5-10 years....I would get

something no older than 5-6 years. You should be able to find some clubs within your price range. I also highly recommend getting a few lessons. You can find a pro who will give you a series for a couple of hundred bucks. It may seem like alot but it will be worth it.

I am a single-digit handicap and play at least some golf 5-6 days a week. It is a wonderful game and a wonderful way to get out in nature and just relax. If you are able.....WALK. Good for your health and a great way to see the architecture of golf courses.
