Blacks in Detroit have been disenfranchised, for sure. The Democrat leaders
there have failed to provide decent schools, job opportunities, and safe neighborhoods for blacks for decades.
Former Detroit mayor Kwame Kilpatrick could be the poster boy for corruption and criminal racketeering in Detroit. Kilpatrick was convicted of racketeering conspiracy and sentenced on two dozen counts of using his positions as mayor and state representative to carry out a decade-long criminal racket involving extortion, bribery, conspiracy and fraud.
Yeah, blacks are disenfranchised for sure. By their own people.
