that, plus, being a Hokie first (class of '74, long family legacy) and a Pirate second (30+ year employee) seem to make me a lightning rod. A few believe I am very negative about ECU but can't every produce any evidence of that because it's not true. I served the University and have always been grateful for the opportunity. I continue to contribute to my academic department in retirement.
