What’s up with our hardwood Bucs??

When a player test positive and is quarantined, is he removed from future testing since he’s got the Covid antibodies going forward? If not, that person will continue testing positive. This whole thing seems like it’s been long enough for the whole team to have contracted Covid, quarantined, and able to resume life as usual. Thoughts??
