Just for reference, take a look at Baylor's record the first few years

their coach was there. Won 21 games total (8, 9, then only 4) in his first 3 years. Losing record (15-16) 4th year. Same terminology used to describe the team/program that he took over - losing - in shambles. You get the picture. Or do you? It takes time, patience, work, and maybe a little luck. Their guy has been there since 2003. Like DeepSouth is saying - Let's give our guy a little more time.
