Spring training, they were awful--didn't even play .300 ball. Of course, everyone says "you can't go by spring ball" to which I always say baloney! But so far, they've been a surprise, particularly with 3 of their 5 starting pitchers having injuries in spring ball. No name hitters have risen quickly, and timely hits with solid pitching has got them going. So we'll see. Let's hope it continues. Love 'em Reds!!
