Don't know about that, but Compher led us into

a rather expensive tower complex. Perhaps a much smaller tower and then an IPF would have worked out simultaneously. With 190,000 living alumni and about 5K of us pushing the sled it simply did not add up. Now, I fully believe the IPF initiative will be announced soon, and it will be one of these cheaper deals. Absolutely no reason to create a Trump Hotel like facility like many of these P5s can afford.
