Just saw MH's post game comments and he focused in on the failures to score

TDs in the red zone in the 1st Qtr. Yet, did not mention a thing about the idiotic play calling on the last offensive series where all we needed to do was get 1 or 2 first downs, or the bad Def play calling - no blitz - on UCF's winning drive.

MH simply does not take accountability for his screw ups. It all stops with him. He still says "you" and "they," but never WE! That is a serious indicator he is not fully committed to being a part of this team and program. I expect his use of third person references is a programmed response so his failures are not personally and emotionally absorbed. In other words, he is already preparing himself to handle the negative blowback of losing by not being personally committed to the concept of winning and being successful.

I am sure his spineless demeanor is being expressed to the players in both verbal and non-verbal ways.

Sad, just sad. The players deserve much better. I guess we will see what two weeks of preparation gives us in the game against Houston.
