Because here may not be the best place for him(unless an awful lot changes)


Anyone of about 5-6 different reasons could be cited (and probably are at-least partly true)…… but my leading thought is that what he is doesn’t mesh well with the rest of what we have. Not in the sense of not getting along, but in the sense of strengths and weaknesses not pairing together well. He needs what we aren’t good at/can’t do….. and we need him to be something he’s not. There is a market/fit for what he’s good at though…. and if he finds it, he could be very successful.
