Its an accurate assessment. MH said last year he needed to improve his

recruiting and his own decision making. It was obvious he did not realize that the AAC was a much stronger level of football than his previous experience. His coaching experience has not been at this level nor has the competition he faced been as strong as this level. I defer back to my earlier comment that he was a coach in training at this level. Many people take that as a negative comment. That is simply the fact. He has now had two and a half years at this level to learn how to win at this level. He is obviously trying to improve himself and the team, and now we are seeing the fruits of that labor.

I think the team's confidence is strong. I believe we will beat Memphis and Navy. I also believe Cincinnati is vulnerable and the fact we play them in GVegas is going to be a huge Plus for us. If we happen to win the next two and go into the Cincinnati game with a lot more confidence, I do not think the Pirates will lose.
