The crowd worrying about Mike Houston leaving is the same crowd that was..

probably calling for a change after the first 2 weeks of the season. As a life long pirate fan, I am going to enjoy the success/momentum the program has built this year because it's been a long time coming. IMO, we have finally started to turn the corner and figure out how to "go win" games and "play not to lose" games.

Do I think Mike Houston will be here forever if it continues and he expands on the momentum he's created? No, I don't. Would I blame him if he did decide to leave? No, I wouldn't. I think in college sports we lose our sense of logic in that it is a career move for these gentlemen and their families as they look at it as a promotion. Just like the rest of us would in our day to day careers.

The way I look at it is if a "power 5" program does in fact come for Houston at some point then that means he will be leaving us in a MUCH BETTER place then we have been before he arrived. I, for one, am a thankful fan today that he is at the helm for us. Beat Navy!
