The only way non-super-elites maintain a high level long is for their AD’s

To be long tenured and dang skilled at making replacement hires, along with the sense and testicular fortitude to move at the appropriate time. Tech has the name and resources of being able to essentially demand a top 20-25 team every year that bounces between the top 1/2 and top 1/3 of the conference every season. I’m not sure if they have the AD to pull such off though…..
