We need to scrutinize AD hires more than HC hires

The merry band of idiots that caused the Ruff situation, Holland situation, Logan situation are what can and have been detrimental to our success in FB. I think most of our fans would swear a blood oath to never fire a coach for a 5 win season if he has an overall winning record unless we have a rock star standing by that wants the job.
