MB is actually appealing to more Pirates than some think. It's an easy

drive compared to other destinations for folks that live in NC. There's no way around that and PLENTY of cheap, out of season hotels.
I'm not selling the MB Bowl, just stating facts that I have a feeling a city like MB would welcome a lot of money being spent there.
That is any host city's gravy for having a bowl game.
Even if ECU fans just came down for 1 night or just a restaurant, they know we'll bring a crowd vs Western Mich or Western Kentucky.
That's just how I see it.
Annapolis is similar, short drive for NC and surrounding Pirates = more chances to sell more tickets.

But, it's not up to us fans when the final decision is made. What we do factor in is the history of previous bowls and do we bring a real crowd that can be measured in dollars spent.
