Pirates can be happy and excited about today’s game, the improvement in this football team and the future while at the same time feel like we left a bit on the table. The two are not mutually exclusive.

Preseason, I would have absolutely taken 7-4 at this point, but sports fans will always play the woulda shoulda game.

Your point about 9-1 and 5-6 is well taken, it has been an interesting year but it does feel good to have life again as a program. Go Pirates!
