You’d be upset because ECU did nothing to protect what little interest they actually have. Understand Gilbert didn’t approve the new contract terms, the Trustees did. They could have changed the terms to “protect” ECU. They did not. Gilbert this, Gilbert that… Gilbert does not negotiate in a vacuum. At least now, if MH does go 10-1 next year, ECU stands to get something more than had they waited to see and lost.
