There are professionals and then there are rogue and out of control

18-21 yr olds who had no discipline and were allowed to do as they pleased by the precious nice guy coach who liked projects.

Mo was in a hole, a deep one, and he might have suceeded in another 3 yrs. MH has taken Mo's recruits, continued the discipline, and managed to make the team respectable after 3 yrs. Seems about right considering the cluster hiring of Ruff and his Love'm Up approach which was a complete failure for our program.
