Been reading Tidewater newspapers for 37 years,


and I have rarely seen such a big front sports page article on a new
head coach, much less on a new OC/DC, but never on a position coach.
UVA really trying to get back into Tidewater area in recruiting and
they view Ruff as that lead recruiter in ENC and Tidewater. Smart move
on their part.
