We have not gone the assistant route in 27 years and he was hired off of...


eddie paynes staff. The last time we hired an assistant from another program (who had never been fired from a previous job) was dave odom 43 years ago. The constant changing hasnt worked but we have continued to hire losers who had already been fired from jobs at some point in their career.
