I would think lawyers for the $$ provider would have a few stipulations

to many of those circumstances (like any other business contract).

I also wonder what additional pressures might be put on the respective coaches to play these players if they aren't performing as well as other players? If Johnny Big Bucks isn't doing so hot and the backup comes in and is more effective, is the NIL $$ provider going to be in the coach's ear to reinstate JBB ASAP regardless of effectiveness? Can't have their investment riding the pine, you know.
