Have to disagree a bit. Universities are up to their ears in NIL.

They are soliciting it, coordinating it, setting up collectives, and even begging scholarship donors to switch to NIL honey pots. Heck, even our football coach is out banging the drum for NIL right now. At least NIL and portal will expedite the collapse of the current farce called "student athlete" for a few sports that probably need to be removed from the university structure.
