He didn’t show the jump in his pitching.

He had a ++ changeup at the end of last year. Does he still have it? Can he command it? A lot of unknowns. MLB tries to clarify those unknowns before dropping $$$ on a player. Whisenhunt has to go reprove to them he is an elite pitcher.
