“IF” ECU wants to position itself for a better Conf affiliation, we need a


strategic plan with plenty of back room preemptive negotiations, a willingness to compete at a higher level, a methodology to fund a much higher cost of athletics, and an extremely competent and aggressive AD. And likely, the help of the NC Legislature. Not sure we can check many of those boxes!
