PAC-12 will survive...B1G not interested (for now)...ND has open invitation

This is good news for ECU. You want there to be 5 major conferences, which will open more slots in the long run.

The hope is that the PAC-12 adds two, with San Diego State being one of them. The question is whether Boise or SMU in terms of market value, likely the PAC-12 choosing SMU because of market size, recruiting territory and academic profile.

The most likely scenario right now is that the PAC-12 goes back to 10similar to when Texas A&M and Missouri left for the SEC...and just kicks the can down the road.
