No direct knowledge, just from news reports. Seems that when


pulling a tuber you are supposed to cut the engine until they are safely aboard. But the operator of the boat left it in idle, instead of cutting it off, and when they do that the propeller shaft keeps turning. Garbed the rope and it pulled the swimmer into the prop. Sure they feel terrible about what happened but when it hits the courts doubt that operator or his family has a penny left to rub together. No win for everyone.
