I was there too.

Riding to gyms on the tailgate of pickup trucks and station wagons(Lillington, Angier, Boone Trail, Coats, Bunn Level). The session my group had with John Wooden was the first time in my life I had been winded enough to want to just lay out. The counselors walking around boosting you to work harder. The Pistol Pete display with his dad was something I'll never forget. Walked right towards us like he was going to throw a chest pass our way, only to watch it go to his dad who was standing behind him. And the dribbling between his legs while running down the court. Just crazy things he could do with a basketball. What was Dolph Shayes' son's name who was there? He wound up playing some pro ball I think.
