The negative financial impact will be horrible. We won't likely recover.

People are thinking just like we did when we let rough go. Just give him one more year. Well, the result is going to be the same as this year and the previous years. He does not have the experience and capability to get it done at this level. You can delay it but it will be costly.

It will be twice as costly if we think we have that famous crystal ball and we tried to go out and find another up and coming assistant or lower level coach. The time has ended for that craziness. We will have go & buy a quality coach that has a good name and reputation.
