What changed? Players' motivation.

Don't get me wrong, I think players always want to win, but there are games that ignite an inner spark (or the chip). In those games, I believe some players step up as leaders and push the team over the edge to win. I also think that happened at the Cincinnati game this year. Great coaches know how to pull that effort out of players consistently. Mo does not.
