Curious is that based on who enrolled and played or just who "signed?"

Just wondering if the Lucas Thompson types stay in those evaluations and such. But yes a 75-85 ranked signing class appears to be our lot in life. So about middle of the road for the non P5 players. I wonder if we can make a jump at all with the rest of our 2018 class.
